Programmes
Scheduled and private sessions for teams who need to get competent with AI quickly — without the conference-stage version of what it can do.
Training & enablement
A system nobody understands is a system nobody trusts. The Academy is how we make sure the people using AI in your business actually know what it does, where it fails, and when to overrule it.
Two ways in
You can come to us purely to learn — no build, no commitment. Or you come on board as a client, and the training is simply part of how we hand over work.
Scheduled and private sessions for teams who need to get competent with AI quickly — without the conference-stage version of what it can do.
Every system we build comes with the training to run it — at handover, and for as long as we operate it together.
Open programmes
Each one uses your processes as the material. You don't practise on invented case studies — you practise on the thing that's actually costing you time.
Half day
What these tools genuinely do, what they don't, and where they quietly fail. For teams who have been told to "use AI" without being told what that means.
Two days
Take one repeatable process, pull it apart, and work out which parts should be automated, which should stay human, and which should not exist at all.
Half day
The unglamorous session that prevents the expensive mistake. What must never be pasted into a chat window, who is accountable for output, and how to write a policy people will follow.
Hands-on workshop
Nobody leaves with slides. We sit with your team and build one small automation end to end — scoped, connected, approved and running before the session closes.
Included when you come on board
We build systems we intend to keep running. That only works if your side of the arrangement understands them too — so enablement is part of the engagement, not an upsell.
Live walkthroughs of the specific system we built for you — what it does, what it touches, and exactly where a human steps in.
Plain-English documentation covering normal operation, common exceptions, and what to do when something looks wrong.
Every session recorded and kept, so the knowledge survives annual leave, handovers and staff turnover.
When someone joins the team, we bring them up to speed on the system rather than leaving it to whoever happens to be free.
The tooling moves quickly. We revisit what has changed, what it means for your setup, and whether anything should now work differently.
A standing slot to bring questions to a human who knows your system — no ticket queue, no support tier.
How training runs
We don't deliver a fixed curriculum to a room. We look at how the work is done now, teach against that, and stay involved after the session ends.
Not a training department. The same studio that ships and runs AI operations for live businesses — so the examples come from systems currently in production, including the mistakes.
Delivery
Sessions are sized to the team rather than the room. Small groups, real laptops open, your own work on the screen.
We come to you across Bradford, Leeds and wider Yorkshire — usually the most effective format, because the work is already in front of you.
Delivered live over video for distributed teams. Same material, same hands-on exercises, recorded for anyone who can't attend.
Built entirely around your processes, your data rules and your tooling. Nothing generic, nothing shared with another company in the room.
You want certification, a theory course, or a talk about where AI is heading. We teach people to do specific work better, and that's the whole scope.
Taking bookings
Tell us what your team is trying to do with AI and where it's going wrong. We'll tell you which session fits — or that you don't need one yet.
