What is the difference
between the two?

An assistant answers questions from information you have approved. An agent can also take action: it looks things up, updates your systems and drafts the next step, then waits for you when it matters. Here is one task, handled by an agent.

Do you run or grow our social media?

No. Content automation drafts and schedules posts from your own material, and you approve each one. Your accounts, replies and growth stay with you, and we do not promise followers or sales.

Which AI model do you use?

The one you are comfortable with. ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are the usual choices, and we can work with others. If you have a concern about where your data goes, tell us at the start and we build around it.

What does it cost to run?

That depends on the model and how much it is used. We either include running costs in the price or agree them with you before we start. Any other subscriptions, such as an automation platform, are listed in the proposal with their monthly cost.

What data can it see?

Only what the task needs. We agree with you what the system can access, where it is processed and who can change it, before we build.

What if it gets something wrong?

Will it replace my staff?
