AP Collective was founded by Sameer Akhtar. His background spans more than fifteen years in UK financial services, complaints management and technical support. That work taught him the value of clear explanations, sensible processes and someone taking responsibility when things go wrong.

He founded AP Collective to bring that approach to AI and digital technology. We help businesses find useful improvements, implement them and understand how to use them.

Sometimes the answer is an assistant or an automated workflow. Sometimes it is a better website, a focused tool or practical training. The starting point is the business problem.

You work directly with the people doing the work, and Sameer stays accountable for every project. Where a project needs specialist or training support, we agree those responsibilities with you.
