Privacy
Your information.
Used for a clear purpose.
This notice explains how information is handled when you use this website or contact AP Collective.
Who handles your information
AP Collective is a trading name of AP COLLECTIVE LIMITED (company number 17047232), registered in England and Wales at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. The company is responsible for the information you send through this website. Sameer Akhtar, the company’s director, is its contact for data protection. Contact contact@apcollective.ltd with questions or requests about your information. AP Collective Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a data controller under registration reference C2038463.
Enquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email, optional business name, area of interest and message. We use this information to respond, understand your request and discuss a possible engagement. We do not add you to marketing simply because you get in touch.
The lawful basis is the company’s legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and where applicable taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Information is kept for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry, manage any resulting engagement and meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask us about retention for your enquiry.
Services used by the website
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process connection information such as your IP address. FormSubmit processes contact-form submissions and delivers them by email to the AP Collective inbox. Google Workspace is the company’s email service. When you email directly or submit the contact form, Google Workspace processes and stores the enquiry in the business mailbox, including your email address, contact details, message and any attachments you send. It also processes our replies. Google Fonts separately supplies the fonts your browser requests. These providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable arrangements.
For more information, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy, FormSubmit’s privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy and Google Workspace’s privacy and security information.
The AP assistant
The services guide uses written answers in your browser. Its conversation is held in page memory and clears when you reload or leave the page. Choosing to carry your messages into an enquiry temporarily stores those messages in your browser’s session storage. They are removed when the enquiry form reads them, or when the browser session ends. You can edit them before submitting.
If the optional AI mode is available and you choose it, your subsequent questions and recent conversation are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a reply. Cloudflare Turnstile also checks for automated abuse. This site does not intentionally save AI conversations to a database or include their content in application logs. Provider processing is governed by their own terms and settings. Do not enter confidential information or sensitive personal data. AI answers can be wrong; confirm important details with Sameer.
The tools
The tools at /tools run in your browser. What you type into them is used to draw the result on the page and is not sent to AP Collective.
Cookies, browser storage and measurement
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. It saves your chosen light or dark theme in your browser’s local storage, and uses session storage only when you choose to carry assistant messages into an enquiry.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visits come from, and how quickly pages load. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not build a profile of you and does not follow you across other websites. Cloudflare processes the connection information needed to count a visit. The lawful basis is the company’s legitimate interest in understanding and improving its website. See Cloudflare Web Analytics for how it works. There is no advertising on this site.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal data, object to processing, or request portability. Contact us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
